Today I did what I usually do after I finish a ms. I spent the day digging out from piles of mail and cleaning bathrooms. Things get out of hand way too quickly.
I also found out I have to cut about 2,000 words from the ms. I'm actually glad! I'd rather edit Kansas Courtship than catch up on laundry!
